Justin prides himself on being “behind the tools” in the kitchen on a daily basis, chatting with every person as if they’re his new best friend. He takes community seriously, regularly participating in fundraisers, festivals and non-profit events. But more than anything, he loves food.
Whether it's blue cheese and truffle chips, sriracha mayo, chipotle Tabasco burgers or red rice and lupin tempeh, Justin's ideas are innovative and push the current trend. The only thing he does more frequently than serving up real burgers to Perth locals, is spend his time dreaming up the next intensely fresh, juicy, and satisfying burger that will go on the menu.
